We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, and you will be charge a cancellation fee if its a last minute cancellation.

Laser hair removal  must not be waxed 4 weeks prior to treatment. Laser hair removal package sessions must occur at least 4 weeks apart. Must not use sun beds or fake tan four weeks prior to treatment. Results will vary according to skin and hair type.

To ensure you continually benefit from your selected facial treatment, we highly recommend you to return for treatment every 6 - 12 weeks. Duration between treatment longer than this period can curtail the anticipated results.

Customer with sensitive skin may wish to consider their suitability before schedule any treatment.

Lighter hair colours for Laser hair removal generally require more treatment to achieve maximum results.

 

In order to provide you with the most appropriate treatment ,we will need you to complete a consent form to proceed with the treatments on the day and ongoing treatments.

Ensure you read the entire consent form and understand the risks and complications associated with your selected treatment as well as the benefit of the treatment. All information is strictly confidential.

Contraindication or clients with medical issues includes have open wound, cuts or abrasions , current skin infection, condition, allergies, herpes simplex in the area to be treated. Have any history of keloid or hypertrophic scars or poor wound healing, heavy cigarette smokers and underlying sepsis. Have abnormal platelet function or anti coagulation therapy.

Up to 48 hours after treatment: mild redness, swelling and bruising may occur. For more extensive corrections peeling around the treated area may last up to 7 days.

Within 48 hours of treatment: Avoid massaging, rubbing the area. Skin care routine to be applied daily. Improvement in skin quality, texture and appearance may show after a few days.
