Ultherapy PRIME® | Micro-Focused Ultrasound

Ultherapy PRIME® is a non-invasive, energy-based treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound technology with real-time visualisation.

At Beauty Emergency Clinic, we plan Ultherapy PRIME® treatments individually after a consultation and assessment, taking into account your anatomy, skin characteristics, areas of concern, and treatment suitability.

How Does Ultherapy PRIME® Work?

Ultherapy PRIME® delivers focused ultrasound energy beneath the skin's surface at selected tissue depths.

Its real-time ultrasound visualisation lets the practitioner view tissue layers during treatment and select appropriate treatment depths based on individual anatomy.

Delivering focused ultrasound energy initiates a tissue response associated with collagen remodelling, with changes developing progressively over time.

What Areas Can Be Treated?

Ultherapy PRIME® is indicated for treatment of specific areas, including:

  • Brow

  • Under-chin area

  • Neck

  • Décolletage

Depending on your individual assessment, your practitioner will determine whether treatment is appropriate for your area of concern.

What Concerns May Be Assessed?

Ultherapy PRIME® may be considered for concerns relating to:

  • Laxity beneath the chin

  • Changes in neck firmness

  • Brow position and skin laxity

  • Changes in the appearance of the jawline associated with lax submental and neck tissue

  • Lines and wrinkles of the décolletage

Real-Time Ultrasound Visualisation

Treatment Experience

A key feature of Ultherapy PRIME® is its real-time ultrasound imaging technology.

This allows the practitioner to visualise tissue beneath the skin during treatment and confirm the appropriate treatment depth and contact before delivering energy.

Treatment parameters can therefore be planned according to the individual's anatomy and treatment area.

Treatment experience and duration vary by area treated and your individual treatment plan.

During treatment, you may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling or discomfort as ultrasound energy is delivered. Comfort levels vary between individuals.

Following treatment, temporary effects such as redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or altered sensation may occur. Your practitioner will discuss potential risks and appropriate aftercare with you before treatment.

Results & Review

Is Ultherapy PRIME® Right for Me?

Changes following Ultherapy PRIME® develop progressively as the tissue responds to treatment.

Individual responses and the duration of visible changes vary. Your practitioner may recommend a follow-up assessment to review your response and discuss whether any further treatment is appropriate.

Not every skin laxity or facial contouring concern has the same underlying cause.

At Beauty Emergency Clinic, we assess your anatomy, skin quality, degree and location of laxity, medical history and treatment goals before recommending an approach.

In some circumstances, another treatment approach — or no treatment — may be more appropriate.

The Beauty Emergency Approach

Our approach to Ultherapy PRIME® is based on careful assessment and individualised treatment planning, not a standard protocol for every client.

We focus on understanding your anatomy, discussing realistic expectations,We cannot guarantee any specific result or degree of change and determining whether the treatment is appropriate for your individual concerns.

Individual suitability, treatment experience and outcomes vary. We discuss potential risks, limitations, and alternatives. Potential risks, limitations and alternatives are discussed as part of the consultation and informed consent process.
